How to Use It
Label: A simple evening ritual. Five minutes before bed.
Apply a generous amount to the shoulders, neck, and any areas of joint stiffness or muscle tension. Massage in slow, circular motions until absorbed. Apply 20 to 30 minutes before sleep for the Magnesium Chloride to begin working.
